Police: Armed Robber Still On The Loose In St. Cloud

(KNSI) – A suspect is still on the loose after St. Cloud Police were called out to an armed robbery in progress at River Station Gas and Tobacco on the 1300 block of 15th Avenue SE at 10:49 p.m. Friday.

Police say when officers arrived at the business, the suspect had fled with an unknown amount of money. The crime is still under investigation. No one inside the store was injured.

According to a press release, an employee says a black man wearing dark clothing from head to foot and a face mask walked into the store when there was another customer already inside, along with three staff on duty. He pointed a gun at multiple workers demanding cash from the register.
