EASTON, Minn. (AP) Sheriff's officials say one person has died in the crash of a small plane in Faribault County.

Deputies were called to a field near the town of Easton about 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Authorities say the male pilot was alone in the experimental aircraft.

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.
